Start at the base of clean, dry lashes. Wiggle the wand upward through lashes in a single sweeping motion. Repeat to build volume and length. Remove with an oil-based remover at day’s end.

Contains film-formers and synthetic waxes plus rice bran and carnauba waxes to shape and hold curl. Panthenol and tocopherol offer humectant and antioxidant support. Iron oxides provide durable black pigmentation. Preserved with phenoxyethanol and potassium sorbate.
